If it were me, I would bring one camera and those lenses you suggested. The way things are now with weight restrictions, you gotta pack it pretty light.

I will not be checking in the Think tank for I will never ever check in my gear not unless needed to... I always carry on all my gear even shoots here in US and Canada. The dimensions of the Think Tank is approved by NWA and I have flown with them already with it... no weight restrictions on carry on as far as the NWA specs just dimensions.

Camera, small handbags and laptops dont need to be checked in as hand carry

as long as you carry a bag small enough to fit in the overhead cabin of the aircraft then you can hand carry your gears

My gear goes with me - I never check-in my gear. I don't trust baggage handlers...

Yup they do... Philippine Cultural Center and a the San Lorenzo Filipino Apostolic Center
