hehe salamat pero sabi nga ni JD orange

btw what you see is not barrel distortion, its perspective distortion na... buildings are leaning towards the center on both sides... the Sigma 12-24 has very very small varrel distortion hehe

yes get an UWA lalo na if gusto mo landscape din, kaya nga lang d kaya ang moon  ... I am about to buy my 2nd uwa nextweek hehe very excited

ano ka, eto moon shot ko tonight using a uwa. lol. ginamitan ko ng sangkatutak ng tc.

mr tony, here's my moon shot tonight. it's a bit cloudy that why there are some dark areas in the upper left portion of the moon, and its not sharp as i wanted because of the shutter speed i used. my usual setup is 1/200 ss,f9.0 and iso 200. this one is 0.3 sec.

I didnt get a good look on this one, so I am not sure what kind of bird this is. Could be a warbler or a thrush.

oh man i remember i used to drive in flooded streets also. you lose your brakes and you have to drive with the other foot on the brake pedal so it would dry up faster. tsk tsk. be safe man.

My province was also flooded and I saw some pics posted by my nephew. There must be at least 2 feet of water but he's still driving. All I can think about is the pot holes and open manholes. You can't see them :-p

Hey Steven Have you heard of Nuts Huts in Bohol?

It's amazing that the blackberries are still green. The leaves where I am, are now yellow & brown :-( Jodelak if you are close to Ladner area. You should pay a visit at Reifel (external link) Island (it's not really an island) bird sanctuary. They have a variety of migratory birds. Keep an eye next month. The snow geese use this area as a stop-over. The entrance is $2 and you can call them and ask if the snow geese has arrived. Saves you the drive.

yeap exactly... I can't feel the brakes afterwards  then later on the brakes either grips or not so when I step on the brake pedal the vehicle would stop screech to a halt  after a while it was back to normal though

I stayed there on my last visit. I had a Taiwanese friend with me. He read it in Time magazine and wanted to go there and check it out. They had a dozen huts named after the movies. I was expecting the typical pinoy hospitality but went away disappointed. To be fair, it was a low season and maybe they were not expecting anymore guests.

I was just curious nothing more :-D

Thanks peter... I tend to avoid Clarity lately but I still use it if I need to. I tend to avoid it coz it tends to make my photos a bit heavy looking  I dunno... ever since I started I find my photos have a heavy feel to it. so as much as possible I try to lighten them up hehe

as for the UWA, since I am shooting Nikon I will be getting the 16-35mm f/4 so I could make good use of my big filters :D

Those GND filters on LR3 are probably the first things I've learned to use  I use them to saturate my skies before haha

Thanks I will check out the GND on LR3.
