Peter i would suggested doing noise reduction first then sharpening. Reason why? You dont want to sharpen noise and make it tougher to reduce after. First remove it and then sharpen the image :D

i guess you guys already heard about what happened to Hotel Sofitel when Pedring took its might against Manila Bay.
