Is this flare on my 70-200?

Let me say what I have perceived when I saw the photos:

First one looks like a partial shadow or OOF due to a finger or part of the hand in the extreme/border of the objetive (that´s it resambles to me)

Second one looks like the tipical reflections when you take the photo trough a glass window, but I agree, if it is not the case, then it should be some leaf or similar.

its not the water thats out of focus, its another object that snuck into the corner of the frame thats out of focus.

OK, this all makes alot of sense now. Like I said, #1 was the last shot of a 4 or 5 frame burst so i guess something got in the way at the end that went unnoticed. #2 has some leaves in the way b/c a few others taken from the same vantage point have the same haze.

Thanks everyone, I need to be more cautious and observant next time. I am glad it was user error, this lens has always been great.
