Angel wings...

I know this is supposed to be like a photo sharing thread, but I didn't know where the best place to put this question would be so I stuck it here and I promise to post the end result photos later... Any way

I am taking some pictures of a 2 month old baby this weekend. I have set up a little hardware store table top studio to try to fit the baby on, but am not sure of what props to use...

My play was to get some cotton batting stuff, and make cloud-like objects for the baby to lay on, and then put a pair of angel wings on the baby. I found the clouds now I need to find some wings. I know you guys have probably seen images like these, or even made some like it. I can't find wings. I thought I would be able to get some easily anywhere with it being halloween time. Where else besides a costume section of a store do you think I could find wings. What am I not thinking of here?

I need to get some for this weekend so ordering is out of the question


Its a favor I am doing for relatives, so if I don't get the wings its not that big of a deal, I just want to try it and see out it turns out.

Any tips you guys can offer for shooting such a young baby would be great also..

I know NOTHING about babies... This baby is two months old... I don't even know how big that means he is...

hummm have you looked on craigslist or at costume stores? Good thing its close to Halloween

Target has a bunch. I got some for $2.50 there. They have them in the $1 section at the front, and in the costumes section. Also, Kmart, Walgreens, and Joanns have them. I love wings .

Target... cool I will check there. $1 sounds excellent. I hope they still have some.
