soon I'll be catching up with Petkal and Dante. well, maybe not.

These lenses seem really nice. I just took a few goofing off shots - nothing worth posting yet. The AF is fast, the IS works like as advertised, and the images seem good. I'll do a shootout with my good ol' Tamron 28-75 and my sigma 70-200 and post some results later.

meanwhile, off to find ducks, and hockey.

here are two early shots with the 70-200. the shot of my dog includes a 100% crop around the focus point. I ike the landscape photo reflected in his eye. that's at f2.8
