I met Sarah today in the grounds of a college not too far from here
(where I am)
she is a student of music (plays flute and piano)
just for a few moments she posed for a few casual shots.
thought others might like her appearance, but I probably didn't do her justice.
still, I liked anything I could catch of her 'celtic looks'
(the different shading is intentional)

Nicely done. Her hair is amazing and she has a very relaxed, natural smile. Looks like a fun girl. Color on that first one is terrific.

Very nicely, done. I, too, like the first shot better.

What wonderful hair and the first one I think shows it best. wonderful portraits Marie, I have to agree she does have the true Celtic look about her.

Pretty lassie! #1 for me, too.
(Hmmm. Should that be "Lassie", or would that be the dog?) :D

Hum! is it me, or is the white balance off. If you had "image edit ok" on I would show you what I mean. But this seems to cool.

thank you all very much Frank, Petkal , David, Skweekie and Peachman

I used diffused glow on the shot (#1) so maybe that made it seem a 'white balance' thing David. I used AWB otherwise.
its always a problem getting it just right
I really liked the colour of the dress she had on , it suited her and her hair colour so much

thanks again
