I think you could crop, above the heads, the background on the 2nd team pic. The plants looks distractive for me :p
The 2nd team pic is the best one.

Wow, for a P&S you did a terrific job IMO. The group shot is OK, the singles quite nice. I like the puppets in the pictures too. #5 she was leaning on her arm - pushes it out of shape, the elbow bent backwards. Lighting is good, could just use a bit more on the background/hairlight. Overall a very nice job.
