It is dark and muddy in apearance. Softening the background would help draw eyes to him. I hope my example helps.

Craig, I think only people with the "Image Editing Ok" under their avatar are fine with people making edits to their work.

Hmmmm, I saw C&C and thought that made it ok. The pro forums I go into all allow re-posts of images.
