Here is a second shot of Brotherswater taken just before the last one but further down the path. Again, it's a blend of two images

The foreground rocks in the other are a nice lead in, while the frosted grasses and trees in this one provide an eery feeling to a frigid looking scene. Would be nice to see a little more sky to offset the central horizon line. - 5D & 60D (x2), EFS 10-22, EF 17-40L, EF 50 f1.4, EF 24-105L, EF 100-400 L IS

The camera settings were 13th sec, f11, 18mm I think that I also had a CP and a ND Grad on the lens. As I say the image was processed twice for highlights and shadows and then blended to give me the final image. weemannie wrote in post #2176699 I, too, prefer this one, David. No supplies getting through, so if any of you have a bottle of milk (or something stronger) you can spare, send it by pigeon post ![]() The Milk is on it's way - I was going to send something stronger but unfortunately I got a little thirsty whilst strapping the milk bottle to the pigeons legs!
