well his house was destoryed and both his parents were left out of jobs so he went to michigan for only a couple of semesters... he decided to stay but the university wouldnt give him any money... but after one of our stories ran, the university decided to give him alll the money he needed and then some. SO he was able to stay and this is the shot for the "where are they now?" story

I am glad the fellow was able to stay at school. Sad about what happend. Mississppi was hit REAL hard.

Thanks for adding the info behind the photo. Its been rough for many of folks down here and still will be for quite some time. Very thankful I was able to keep right on working through it all and get my place back in order.
