Unfortunately, I can not go that low any more...at about 1/2 of the focal length my images start to disintegrate. This was shot at 300mm again, @1/125 sec....you can see the blur now very much.

Yeah, when I go to like 1/4 I am getting that sort of effect of blur quite often.
