Ritz is not reputable or knowledgeable by any means, they are just big. EVERY single time i have been to Ritz, i am just shocked at their lack of knowledge..

That is so true! -Zero knowledge for high prices, nice trade off

"Comes complete with case and strap." from the original link - I'd be interested to see where the strap would fit on the teleconverter... ;) unless they're throwing in a camera strap for free!

It just wouldn't fit. The reason they specify longer focal length lenses is because the extenders protrude into the lens! If the rear element isn't as equally recessed, you'll have problems. Notice the black tube sticking out of the top:

Just looked carefully at my 24 - 105: The rear of my lens projects backward from the face of the bayonet mount. The front of this extender projects forward from the face of the mount. Thus there appears to be approximately 1/2 inch (13 mm) of conflict between the lens and the extender.

Furthermore, the "opening" in the rear of the 24 - 105 is rectangular (with round corners), and it appears that the round projection of the extender would not fit into this rectangluar opening.
