It will be an inspiration to me as I prepare to take my annual Christmas shot of all five of my children. I've been doing this for sixteen years since my first was one year old. Getting them all to smile, keep their eyes open, and look at the camera has been a "fun" experience. Canon EOS 6D / EF 50 mm 1.4 / EF 24-105mm f/4L IS / EF 70-300 mm 4-5.6 IS / EF 100mm f/2.8L IS

Oct 28, 2006 10:59 | #7 Thanks for the attention to fine detail, as it is a gift and I am learning. I will get back at it. Any recommendations on tools for smoothing white like this? I use clone stamp alot, and not sure if it is the right tool. Ben

I guess it is just a personal thing, because no one mentioned it, but i think the BKG behind you and your daughter is a bit harsh. It almost makes you two glow because you stand out so much from the bright white... He still has one more move.
