From Quivera National Wildlife Reserve. EOS 30D, EF 100-400 at 380mm (why it wasn't at 400, I'll never know!), ISO 400, f/5.6. Third shot at 1/1250, the others at 1/1600.

The third shot, with the reflection, is not as sharp as the others, and in fact this bird was at the edge of the frame. However, I liked the reflection, so decided to share it.

Nice light and reflection s in these images.My only suggestion would be to crop/remove more of the dark beach in the BG

I like them all, I would second Gary's suggestion to more tightly crop the bird away from its background.
