Canon Fever or just a Bad Dream

I canceled my original order for a 24-70mm that I posted about earlier and then re-ordered it becuase I had a dream last night that I won some money on a lottery scratch-off ticket so I went ahead placed a combined order this morning for the following:

EOS 5D
BG-E4 Grip
EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM and hood
EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM and hood

I’m looking forward to using a full frame camera and having wider lenses to work with. My 20D has served me well and now having another camera will help cover the zoom lens range on locations.

A dream, nice dream for sure! Hit the lotto, take me to B and H for a shopping spree! lol

youll be grossly disappointed if your lottery ticket doesnt win......then youd be disappointed and around $5k poorer...

Every skydiver has that dream - really! In the dream you get up, dust yourself off and feel embarrassed, hoping no-one saw!

Having said that, congratulations on a hefty set of purchases, I hope your lottery ticket is a winner.

What happens if you don't win with the lottery ticket - I assume you have to move out and live in a caravan/trailer or something? - At least you will be able to post some nice shots of it when you do

I didn't win the UK Lotto last night so I have to put my plans on-hold for the 85mm f/1.2 L that I've been eyeing-up...
