are you ok?.. hmm.. maybe order in curry and kick off your shoes and veg out in the lazyboy, bean bag chair, sectional sofa, leather recliner that's in front of whatever t.v. you have.... watch the travel channel. it always helps me.. You either leave feeling like you have absolutely no reason to **** about anything in your life or optomistic that someday at some point you're going to be walking on whatever beach, desert, or wander through whatever castle, resort town with the adorable restaurants and incredible people are being featured... or. Old movies.. I'd suggest Lana Turner, Clark Gable, Orson Wells, or Elizabeth Taylor... and lastly... if you feel truly terrible. chocolate and/or wine... and if your not a chocolate person there's cheesecake or icecream.. but, please be discriminate in your icecream... don't subject yourself to the store brand... ;););)...
