Spot the Mood Competition v2!!

Ok, the bird is shown in macro-like close up to enable those who feel they have empathy for others to identify his/her current mood (birds are people too!!) There will be no clues and no correspondence will be entered in to. The winning fool will be announced when I have had enough beer ... could be some time

INSTRUCTIONS:

I didn't vote, but that's what all of my birds look like when they're content, tired, sleeping, or when I "tickle" them on their neck.

I did vote it's all indigestion, but in all honesty I think he looks cold, depressed and on top of that has eaten bad curry! One of those days...
