Womens' Volleyball last game of the season...I think I'm getting the hang of it though. Basketball starts soon. :D

i would have said use ISO1600 + 1/320th shutter speed (based on last picture). more stopping power, AND you reduce noise by overexposing and then adjusting. WB looks a bit off too. other than that, great shots. now with basketball around the corner, you can try the same ideas with basketball


I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else. Macs are A solution, not THE solution. Get a good desktop i7 with Windows 7 and come tell me that sucks for photo or video editing.

i wouldve used a higher shutter speed, resulting in underexposing them. you can do more about noise than a blurry ball.

Shot at 1/250th...ISO 800...had to brighten 2+ stops.

The 10D just plain sucks at high ISOs.
