Nick, i really like the last shot , it jumps out at me . The model is of course beautifull but i would like to enquire what your lighting setup was for it. Is it a softbox on the right ( and from what angle to the model ) and a reflector or umbrella on the left. Did you use any light over the models head ?

than k you! I really am in the beginner stage when it comes to lighting myself, but I am moving in the right direction I hope :)

these are done with a 1 light setup, softbox allmost dead center of her head, but still slightly to the left (of the model)
with some of the other girls I had a rim light effect (thank you Frank Doorhof for teaching me that one)
and a fan to get the wind effect wich I have grown to love.

glad you like them m8

here's another question

Now I have never been a big fan of oversharpening, but does these shots seem soft to any of you at all? are they in need of a USM?

All are great shots. The first and last are my favorites. Her cuteness in the first, and her eyes in the last. You should do more with this model.

The last shot is the best. She is beautiful; almost a young Courtney Cox.

VERY nice. I can't see a thing to improve. A good example of what one light can do. Can't wait to see your next series with her.

PS Glad I'm not her father, I wouldn't let her out of the house alone.
