This Lighthouse is ranked in the top 10 haunted lighthouses in the United States. Luckly for me its just down the street. The other picture is from the end of the pier. Its really hard to take good pictures with 50mph winds and sand blowing in your face and camera. I messed around with the lighthouse picture and tried to make it look alittle more spooky.

I just got my first pair of glasses that I didn't think I needed. I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.

The lighthouse picture doesn't look spooky to me, and it's a bit washed out in terms of your B/W conversion.

However, I dig the 2nd shot, love the motion of the wave you froze there, needs a bit more contrast and detail in the sky though.

I would be curious to see the original colour versions of the two pics...

I liked the shots, and since you have image editing okay, I decided play...hope it's okay...a spooky lighthouse is very cool!

I think the first one looks spooky - maybe more the surroundings than the building itself, but I definitely get that misty, mysterious feeling.
The second shot is great!
