I finally get the keys on my new studio loft tomorrow morning and look forward to giving this a try. While i have seen debate on this forum about the topic of " flash duration " i am told by people including Frank ( got his DVD ) that the higher the flash power the shorter its duration. Thefore to freeze the action close down the apperture and shoot with flashes set on high power. Cheers David Cowman
