Hey everyone, I took a day trip up to White Clay Creek Preserve in PA to get some fall colors. Feedback is much appreciated!

These are an interesting collection of shots that will obviously mean most to you because of the family? members. My favourite for this would definitely be #5 which you should frame and sit proudly somewhere in your house. Was your shadow in #7 deliberate?

Thanks alot John, yes that is my wife, son, and daughter in the pictures. The shadow was intentional, I saw it leading into perspective, I just thought it was cool and a little different.

Nice series. Love the one with your wife and daughter and also the one after it.

How I miss the East. I grew up in Pittsburgh and a friend of mine and I used to go up into the Allegheny National Forest area every mid-October. Color out here in the midwest does not compare.

Have to be numbers five and eight for me. Lovely colours and the presence of your wife and child in five really make it a great capture. Excellent stuff.

I picked #5 before seeing all the other comments, that is a lovely photo, very natural pose, definitely one for framing. I also very much like the last one, the light and colours are beautiful.

Nr. 8 is great. Great colours there, and the yellow is a rare one in the sky.

But by far my favorite is nr. 2. The big green field, trees in the back with the blue above ... and the kid standing there... simply awesome. Timeless in some ways even.

Yeah, I know what you mean about the midwest... Lot's of pine trees that stay green year round. It makes for beautiful winters though :D.
