Here are the colours and textures of autumn this year in my home town Sighisoara, Romania.

All photos taken last Sunday from 8am till 10am.

Hope you like them.

If you do don't hesitate to express it. If you don't take your time to say what's wrong with them.

Ok, I'm not a "Professional" or anything but I do have some comments. The tree in the foreground of the first photo is distracting and the background is overexposed. You might try using Photoshop or similar software to tweak the background a bit and compensate. I'm not sure what the main subject of the photo is. Is it the tree trunk or the other trees in the background?

The second photo has almost the same problem as the first one except here the problem is the big pile of leaves. Plus, it's a little overexposed due to the sunlight. I'm not sure how to fix this other than to play around with Photoshop and see what you get.

Again, this is just my 2p.

Hi Suedezu - I like the content of your images but the colours are a little washed out, hope you don't mind a little bit of editing using 'Layers' and 'Hu and Sat' in photoshop.
If you don't like the changes let me know and I will remove them.
Kind regards Alan.

Yes, the pictures have more depth with the deepening of the colors. I have no problem with the tree in the first picture. I like both shots.

I like your 2nd one Andrei, although i would underexposse it (if RAW) to get the rays look much nicer,no matter if the leaves are not as bright.
The attention should be on the rays.

Thanks for your replies and comments.

Dimitri, I will try to overexpose the photo so as to bring out better the rays. I always shoot RAW.

I will also post some more shots taken the same day.

I like the 1st one, good wood detail, but i find the bright upper part destracting me from the main subject.
