Cool stuff! I am really amazed the A80 can make pics like that.

I was up to Hull last month, except it was all kinds of fog. I too, am in England, and it is bringing up memories of that trip. I need to get back up North when the weather gets better.

I have a 10D and am in the process of getting the Canon L lenses/Sigma EX lenses together to have a really kicking setup to boot. There is the Canon 16-35mm F2.8L and Sigma 120-300 F2.8EX lenses I have so far. I am looking to get the Canon 24-70 F2.8L lens in the not too distant future.

The ones I like most are Arty ones! Really nice... :)
Did you use any sort of close-up lenses for the one with the fork?

In your arty pics you show a remarkable eye in spotting amazing photo oportunities. I just think you need to play with the light better, not that you dont play well with it but if you were to use more light sources you might be able to give your photos an extra edge. One thing that annoys me is that you almost always have the bottom half of the picture out of focus, i for one would much rather see that part cropped out.
Keep it up, you got some real good ones.
