I thought a bowling alley would be a good place for some interesting pictures. I didn't realize just how dark it is in a bowling alley. The flash pictures looked awful. All I could get were the pins which were the only things there that had any light on them at all. Comments? ..Bob

I agree, they are rather dark, what were your settings? I assume they were taken without flash?

Thanks for commenting, I shot these on automatic. iso 1600 1/60@ wide open 5.6 if I remember correctly. Here are a couple more. One horizontal and one vertical. I like the one where the pin is upside down. You can probably tell we are not very good at bowling. ...Bob

I tried to do shome shooting for my legue but only got crap, you did well in hard conditions with those!

5D, 20d + Grip, Sigma 300 F2.8, Sigma 70-200 f2.8, Sigma 20-40 f2.8,Canon 24-105 F4 L, Manfrotto Mono Pod, 580ex. And No Clue.
