Does anyone know of a company that has or builds RV/Trailers that can be used to work out of. I am looking to take my business on the road and need a trailer that can I can set up some monitors for viewing photos and a little place in the back to live in.

I am a sports photographer and I want to take this to events and use it as an office, viewing and order area and have a place to sleep. I have seen this type of set up before at some big sporting events but I have looked on the internet and do not see anything like what I am looking for. I know I can get a trailer and custom build something but I am looking for something already built and some design layouts.

Something similar to this:
Haulmark Trailers (external link)

Many trailer manufacturers I think make what you are looking for. Pace, Haulmark, Wells Cargo, Featherlite, etc.

Don't know what company, but some camper companys have this type of set up. Its really for halling your ATV. IT has an open storage type area in the back and living space up front. In the back some I have seen the whole back end folds down like a race care trailer. I would say go to your local RV dealer.
