No real lakes or rivers near where I live, so I thought I would have a go at taking a picture of my pond:

Thanks Ann!

The colours were brought out by slightunderexposure, then tweaking the levels and curves in photoshop.

I agree, the saturated colors just jump out at you. It helps that eveything is in focus also.

The colours were brought out by slight underexposure, then tweaking the levels and curves in photoshop.

This is something I'm starting to see already - It's hard to really recover color in an overexposed shot. Great work!
