I have found that he is a member at the fred site, and contacted him direct there, so that this can hopefully get resolved soon. If it is just a lack of understanding about copyrights, and usage, or whatever, that is fine as long as the image is permenantly removed.

Sorry about the confusion.

I guess it was not anything like the time some guy scanned the images and then sold them as his own (with wonderful stories about how he got them) and then had to be taken to court!

Thus the sensitivity, if you know what I mean!

Actually,here is my post...
"I love it,haven`t seen the landscape version but it looks to me that in this specific case,the portrait orientation works very well.
Actually,i would crop it even tighter,and that would give you a wider view for the web.

and his reply...

"I think that is a cool version too.

I just like the light in the top area too much to crop it like that. Of course, maybe I should have a few versions for sale.
