Just my opinion but I feel your compositions are focussed entirely on the inclusion of the rainbow, the half included houses in the 1st shot gives me the feeling of incompletion.

Great exposures though :)

I like #1, No way around it, even if you croped the shot you'd cut a house in half. Nice rainbow.
