Another high school game in the books, I really enjoy photographing high school ball, great practice and very challenging with changing and poor lighting. Let me know what you think of these :)

thank you, the first half of the game was shot back-lit, at first it was tough, but after I changed to spot metering and over-exposed the shot, it was much better

I like that second one! I don't get a shot of the pitch very often.

Thanks for looking!

#2 and the last one are good. the others are missing action and emotion. you need a background or other players. i know it's hard on most fields, but without a context the shoot might as well have been staged at a practice session

<note, that is not me talking, that is my editor talking ;)>

I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else. Macs are A solution, not THE solution. Get a good desktop i7 with Windows 7 and come tell me that sucks for photo or video editing.

I understand what your saying. Sometimes I like the isolated shots, kinda like playing card poses. Alot of action shots look so crowded, the action and isolated shot is great

Nice Shots, It a shame all Football Games can't be played on bright sunny days. We are winding down the regular season here in Oklahoma and with daylight savings time a memory all games till Champioship Saturday will be under the lights. Great job on these shots isolating on individual players and small groups.
