Loving it so far! Those are awesome of the Gecko's. What was your technique? I 've never seen anything quite like it. Thanks, I used a light box and bounced my flash off the top. I found it the only way to wash out the lines in the lightbox. In the future I would like to set up a more natural setup for pics. Canon 7Dmkii, 6D

Excuse the resizing, still learning how to deal with it. You can see the light trail from the jet is quite choppy.

So with that in mind, I thought I would ask here, so see if actual owners find this to be true, and if it's as big an issue as some would make it. Had mine since '09 and yes, it creeps. Much more noticeably when on my blackrapids strap, as that leaves it lens down. I use in combination with cotton carrier holster which also is lens down. My 17-55 eventually has the whole barrel extended. John

Apr 01, 2014 06:13 | #5768 I just got one of these last week. So far the test photos that I have made are delightful to me, even if the subject matter is mundane. I will tolerate lens creep in exchange for the results that I am seeing. I use a Black Rapid strap and yes it does creep. Will post some photos soon even though there are hundreds in this thread that attest to the useabilty of this lens.

You, like myself have fallen victim to the beta beast. It took me awhile to figure it out, and I still can't post to wordpress from flickr anymore. They've once again made an upgrade unusable.

I'll delete this once you have it figured out. Thanks for the help. I wish they would simply label it better. But, now that I know, I can manage it I guess, LOL, only been using computers since the 1970's...
