xmas pic blur help

This is the xmas pic my oldest daughter liked the best and the hubby liked the best. But my oldest is a bit oof....is there any chance of just sharpening her or anyway to soften the whole picture.? Any help would be appreciated. I also had to blacken out the background. So around their heads needs some smoothing....working on that.I can also post the uncompressed version if needed.

There's really no way to de-blur a photo if it's been taken OOF. You can play around with the sharpen or unsharp mask tool, but sometimes you're just spittin into the wind.

Minor adjustment:

IMAGE NOT FOUND
HTTP response: NOT FOUND | MIME changed to 'image/png'


Sharpened the eyes and oldests mouth a bit, fixed the top girls hair a bit, and lowered the levels a bit

He still has one more move.

Thanks! I was testing out a friends old lense on this shot....needless to say I didn't like the lense but I loved the pose....which of course my girls arent' willing to do again!(I've tried!)
