i set my camera up on a tripod and aimed it at a certain scene. i then set my camera on a self timer and took pictures of myself in different places. in photoshop i opened up all the pictures and layered each picture on top of each other while using the eraser to part of the background to reveal myself from the other pictures. Way back when I was in high school I took some fun double exposure shots with a film camera -- you have to pay a lot of attention to the lighting, camera movement, and of course the technical aspects like controlling the shutter, winding the camera (remember how tedious that was?
