i'm not so happy with the flash does anybody has any tips on flash

The reason that the flash isn't working so well is that the flash is the main light source, but the built in flash isn't powerful enough to work over much distance. Next time get to her level (Unless you want to portray her from an adults point of view.) Be mindful of the background. Utilize a smaller depth of field by opening the aperture. Raise ISO.
