Might be able to stretch it a bit further. What would you advise me to do with that much money? I'm inclined to save it, only because I can't think of a thing. I thought maybe I'd enjoy an 85 1.8, but then I think about saving a bit more and grabbing an 85L MKI. I had the 135L and didn't care for it, already owning the 70-200L IS. Just seemed redundant (besides, the 70-200L IS has phenomenal IQ). I also thought about skipping the 85L and snagging the 85 1.8 and another AB, but I don't use my one much, as it is.

Whatcha think? Any other ideas?

How about an Evelyn Wood Speed Reading course so you don't ask questions that were already answered in the thread?

Ronnie knows not the meaning of the "Save" concept :p. why save when you can buy now and sell later.

I think that you should buy me a set of Kenko tubes to go alone with my new 100mm macro. But hey, that’s just me.:)

I considered that...but, since I just nabbed a super cheap 17-40L, I'll hold off for a bit. I'll have my fill of UWA for a while. I'm thinking about grabbing a 50 1.2L, but I don't know if I'd use that more, or an 85L. Maybe I'll buy an old 85L and wait until the 50 drops a bit in price.

Keep the ideas coming!

PS- the 24-70L is always on my mind.

15mm is UWA. ;-)a

I understand they both have potentially different purposes, but I don't see myself having a need for a FE at the moment.
