I brought a 580ex from Kerso, he sent me an invoice to use to claim the cashback. I sent it off last week, just waiting to see what happens.

Ask him for an invoice, it has to be worth a a try for £70

No problems here either - successfully claimed cashback on my Kerso-purchased 17-40L and 580EX.

PMs have worked fine for me - I've just ordered an EF-S 10-22 and he's been very quick to reply so far.

How long did it take to get your cashback? I was just told by my OH that she only put a first class stamp on it. which I don't think will be enough to get it to Ireland.

I've had 3 succesful cashback rebates through Canon with invoices from Kerso so no problems there :)

Ian's prices are always great and with the strong pound/weak dollar they're even better right now :)

I thought Ian didn't deal in camera bodies. Something about warranties. Did you get a warranty?
