Was the light that low in the room at the time? Thanks. I use ISO 400 for most of my shots around the house as lighting is that bad. In this room only the above ceiling fan/light fixture was on and I still wanted some of that ambient color in the room. Plus the flash doesn;t seem to work as hard at 400 as it does at 100. Recycle time is faster just in case you need that quick next shot. Since noise on these cameras is so good I don't mind shooting at any ISO but prefer to stay at 400 or less.
