I am sure you can tell from these pictures that I don't know much about portrait photography. I haven't done any before so I am just going by instinct. I haven't done any PS post-processing yet (besides cropping) and I have RAW images of all the pictures.

My Neices asked if I could do a portrait of them as a christmas gift for their parents. They would like to get it enlarged and framed as a christmas gift.

Which picture do you like best?

I would appreciate any CC.

Pictures 3 & 4:
Camera: Canon Digital Rebel
Shutter speed: 1/100 sec
Aperture: 3.5
Flash: Off
ISO: 200
Lens: 70-200mm 2.8L
Focal length: 200mm
AF mode: One-shot AF

It might be my eyes, but they look a bit soft.

I shot these at 200M so I would get a softer feel.

Everyone, what would you do post processing wise to improve the pictures?
