Hi all, thanks for so many helpfull comments, my lens is a Tamron and yes its F4 max, guess i couldnt resist when i bought the cam to buy this 70-300 baby with it.........but now pay the price for going cheap.

good i will start saving now.......

BTW some of the pics were taken with the les supplied with the cam and those are indeed way better, only they are far off as theres not enbougfh zoom power.

im learning, and with your folks help i will get there!

It is BTW inline Hockey yes, and the floor is a dark green color
