i hate using flash,, coz i dont know how best to use it! How do you control the flash so it wont make the hair to light...

Your concern is with their skin. You need to use your flash and experiment. Using Av and M modes and different iso and FEC. A diffuser with help a lot. If you have an external flash, an omnibounce diffusing is decent and just $20. 5D, Drebel, EOS-3, K1000

The skin tones are sort of warm, but she's beautiful and the hair is by no means too light. I think it's a lovely shot, personally. Quite new to all this.
