How much do you retouch your models?

Out of curiosity, how much retouching do you really do generally when it comes to model shots?

Some models have great skin and I will hardly do anything, others need a lot more work. I don't like the plastic Barbie doll look, but I do like to remove spots, moles, even freckles often, I will remove bags under the eyes and wrinkles etc. Eyes will generally be tweaked (but not over whitened) and hair will be tidied (especially on a windy day), I may tweak hair colour a bit too.

However, I (usually) still want skin to look like skin, with texture etc.

EDIT: I sometimes give them a little 'plastic surgery' with the liquify tools in PS too, usually to remove 'muffin tops' or slightly slim down arms & legs etc.

It's usually simpler to get a model who looks fantastic in the first place, of course.

It truly depends on the model and the purpose of the shoot. At a minimum I do some minor retouching of skin imperfections, a bit of brightening of the eyes and teeth, and some general smoothing of the skin.
