I really like them. Can you comment on your lighting setup behind the scenes, and the lens etc....

natural light. about this time last year 4 in the evening, columbus ohio. kit lens amazingly enough. some of the other shots were with a sigma 85-300. picked up the nifty fifty this year. its amazing. current i am rebuilding a portfolio that was destroyed last year. and rebuilding a camera collection that was stolen.

her eyes really do pop, and i didnt touch them. the eyes are straight out of the box.

thanks for the complements. i am trying to rebuild a portfolio that was destroyed, along with equipment that was stolen. its a rough life now.

yes the skin was softened. you think it looks blurry. so too much softening? do you know how i can make the softening "softer" ? now that i look at it, it seems ive lost some detail.

Maybe a little too much. Just the nose kinda looks flat next to the cheeks. Maybe a layer mask with a little more opacity in it.

Other than that its a good picture.

Since you asked me to look ... here is my version of this one. The thing that caught my eye was that her foot was cut off. So I added some to her shoe. I deepened it a little bit also.
