Well my weekend was spent photographing the doulble header against N. Michigan, a battle between two top 25 teams. Friday's game we won 5-1, and Saturdays game we lost 3-1 even though shots on goal were 50 (Miami) to 20 (N. Michigan). Just some random tidbits from bnoth games.

Quarrels at the very beginning of the double header were tell-tale signs that this weekends games were going to be very physical.

You have to appreciate the cojones of Miami's Cooper, starting a fight in front of the N. Michigan bench and loving every second of it.

Excellent shots. Lighting is excellent in the arena, it must be nice to be able to shoot at 1/800th at ISO 400.

excellent shots. it looks a little oversaturated for my taste, but still great job freezing the action (no pun intended).

Nice series Jeff. Perhaps a tad over saturated but good action and very professional with captions that describe the images well. Nicely done...

Thanks everyone. I know there a little overstaurated, but I enjoy the color and I mainly do it because our newspaper seems to have crappy inks. The second image is the one that ran and it didnt look oversaturated at all in print.
