Depends on what you shoot. If you do a lot of landscapes or water work, then a CPL. If you do action work (e.g., sports), then I'd get the battery grip for the ergonomics of vertical shots. "Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.
