Here is a few pics from my stay in Shetland Islands. It was amazing going to that part of the world. They are so laid back there. Im kind of a point and shoot landscape kind of guy so please any C&C would be fantastic.

This view is 2 minutes from our Bed and Breakfast. If anybody ever plans to ge there I highly recommend this B&B

This shot was taken at Hermaness in the northernmost point in Shetland. We had to take 2 ferrys to reach this Island and very well worth the little trip. Many seabirds were present here.

I've only been as far as the Orkney Islands, but I'm guessing that Shetland is just as beautiful. It looks like you got lucky with the weather too on your stay, and my favourite is by far the puffin which is a cracker.

Puffins are just great. Everybody likes puffins. And I love the fact that the beak is a little dirty.

Thanks guys! We went out there in May. We were lucky with the weather. You guys probably know it rains quite a bit there. May I think is typically the dry month.

Here is a link to the B&B we stayed at with our review on it :)

Very nice landscapes. That is some remarkable terrain there, esp. #2 and #5. What lens did you use on #7 if you don't mind?

Got to love that Puffin :)

Great shots, I like how you have managed to flatten the light somewhat to good effect.
