Check out this thread. There are some excellent examples and beautiful pictures here. I'm thinking of getting this lens too and after seeing these pictures I am convinced I want one..just a question of when.

TMR, I also recommend the 10-20. Great inexpensive (relatively) alternative solution to the 10-22 EF-S, and has a bit more of a solid build.

@ 10mm

Also 10mm @ 30sec. Couldn't get the exposure right to stop blowing out those damn lights.

Actually, this is not from a true wide angle. Taken with the kit lens :)

Aren't my best, but I owned the Sigma 10-20 for about a month and was thouroghly impressed. I sold it though cuz I didnt want to get too comfortable shooting just 10-20 shots... so I went 17-40.

Stackinchips, have you cleaned your sensor since you took the pix in your first post?

One thing to be careful of when you are shooting at 10mm... It is really hard to get your exposure right on because you get so much stuff in the frame. Spot metering may or may not help, I don't know. Just be sure to watch your sun position.

I dont belive in photoshop manipulation farther than levels, color, saturation, brightness/contrast

:) Ever since the time I had to clone a bunch of dust bunnies out of a batch of sunny scenes, I've become very conscious of sensor hygiene.
