I love it.

I'm a fan of the flu diet, lost 30lbs that way - lost quite a bit of weight and was able to eat light after getting better. Its about that time I might have the opportunity to go on that diet again.

They do say that sodas are quite the empty calories. Loving the beer diet, give me the Mich Ultra version.

What are you drinking as you scan this site. My Kleveland Kool-Aide is Great Lakes. Tonight's selection is their Eliot Ness style. The old gang buster was our safety director after he finished that nasty business in Chicago.

I can tell you from personal experience, this one doesn't work.

A update to the Miller-Lite Diet. I'm at 265 as of this morning as I'm drinking a Miller Lite. Of course I am exercising but could it be ..... the beer? Something in the beer? I may be writing a book. I do have a lot of energy, I'm cleaning my computer station and camera gear.

Have a family member doing the Weight Watchers thing, regular beer is three points, lite beers are two points. I guess thats not too bad as it looks like the average person gets about 30 points a day to work with.

Not losing much, but then again its hard to have a beer without a nice big cheeseburger, pizza or seafood.

Yea pizza sounds good with the beer.

Can pizza be eaten without beer? I haven't tried. And Miller Lite is the best with pizza.

A urgent update on the New Fad Diet Craze "Miller Lite Diet". I'm down to 260lbs as I'm drinking a miller lite. The 224 something goal is probably going to be about 240ish. I have figured out that in any diet the hard part has not even begun yet. It's when you reach your goal and you try to maintain that weight. One thing for sure if I get to go surfing this summer I'll be a little bit better prepared for surfing and taking pictures.

By the time you reach your goal you are going to have cirrosis of the liver. LOL

Yeah, life is a craps shoot.. Working liver or looking 'sexified'.
