While they're all nice, #2 stands head and shoulders above the others and is a real beauty.

But...are not the rules there for someone to break them?:lol:
I agree,my fav of the lot.
# 1 has a halo (looks to me anyway) and #3 has a nice ...Scottie boy...touch to it.;)

I'm with you ther Dimitri, as I don't have an up to date copy of this "Rule Book" I make up my own  ;)

The halo you mention....is it around the Shoreline or the Tower or both, I never used the Shadow/Highlight tool on this shot but did do a little blending of two layers for the dark areas, perhaps that is a little too evident in these parts.

And what is this Scottie Boy touch you speak of ? I hope it's a good thing ;)

Cheers John I have quite a few different takes from that area where the 2nd one was shot, I have a big job ahead of me to choose which I like the best :)

A nice series of shots Scottie. I have got to go with the flow and say that the second one is very good. There is also something about the first shot with the movement in the clouds caused by the long exposure that kind of draws me to it as well.

Great stuff:D

I`ve got another book called...the rule breaker.;)

Both,as far as i can see anyway.

Of cours it is,i was talking about the clever touch of the sun rays through the building.;):D

Thanks Robert :) The cloud motion you mention, I can take it or leave it to be honest, I guess this one looked okay as the cloud covering was pretty thick and not fast moving.

Awesome set Scott, well worth the early rise for you. I did the same thing the other day but was disappointed with a plain grey morning sky, blah. I like all 3 shots but the 2nd is my favorite. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Brad Plain Grey is what we're usually used to, sometimes you just have to head out and hope for the best :)
