Is the lighting on the face okay. Or could I use some shadow highlights?

Lovely colours in the photo.
If possible I would be opening up the aperture to blur the background some more. As skweekie said, she is an attractive lady but, for me, the vibrant colours and detail in the background draw the focus away from her face a bit.

Oh, and I think she may need a new pair of jeans ;)
